Absolutely not. We provide you with a recipe card that has step
by step instructions to make this a memorable experience. We have
staff on hand to assist you with every step of the process.

I don’t like to cook, but my family likes a good home cooked
meal. Can you prepare them for me, and how long in advance should
I let you know?
Answer:
We have the staff ready to prepare your meals, exactly the way you
want them. You can order by either calling one of our locations,
or from our website. All we need is a little lead time to get your
meals ready. We keep several fresh meals on hand daily, so you are
welcome to stop in anytime to see what is available in the cooler
today. In addition, we keep multiple meals frozen and ready to go
when you are. Our hours are designed to offer you the flexibility
to come in at your convenience.

Are your ingredients really top quality, and how do you define top
quality?
Answer:
Yes, we try to purchase only the best quality meats and ingredients.
Some are purchased frozen, and some fresh. We define quality, as
“would I eat this”. We have, and will sacrifice “profit
over quality” to be able to deliver only the best food possible.
We have quality control standards to watch over our food pre-prep
to consistently review the quality. If you are ever unsatisfied
with our quality, please let us know and we will replace the meal
or offer you a full refund.

How does your quality/quantity compare with other similar products?
Answer:
We offer more for your money in the size of our portions. For instance,
our chicken breasts are 8oz., and others offer 4oz. Therefore, in
a single meal with two chicken breasts, we offer 16oz of meat, and
others offer 8oz. You can receive up to 100% more with The Family
Feast at a comparable price.

How can you offer more for less?
Answer: We
hope to make up the difference in volume, but we are willing to
offer you more food and better ingredients to spread the word about
our quality. We want our customers to return because the food was
excellent, not because the concept was convenient. But it sure is
nice when both work out !!

How do you compare to similar large franchise operations?
Answer:
We are a family owned gourmet kitchen. When you first step into
a Family Feast, you will feel welcome in the lobby with rich wood
floors, a pub table, and a bar. With a large kitchen table and chandelier
centered in the gourmet area, you will feel right at home with rich
cherry cabinetry, granite counters, and a large brick oven/stove
insert. We create all of our sauces and pre-cooked items from scratch
right in the kitchen. This also allows us flexibility to offer catering,
and Fast Feast meals.
