The Family Feast has developed a Delicious Diet that can help you improve your health and loose weight.  This meal program provides restaurant quality food that is
Low calorie

Low in saturated and trans fats

High in monounsaturated/poly-unsaturated fats,
Includes Complex carbohydrates like whole grains and
Fresh vegetables
Low in Sugar and Starch
Following this Meal Plan can help to lower LDL, bad cholesterol, and triglycerides, and raise HDL, good cholesterol, while reducing weight and improving overall health.   Eating Heart Healthy Feasts can also help to control blood sugar levels.

HeartHealthyFeasts
Each Day of Food includes: one Breakfast, One Lunch, One Dinner and Two Snacks.  We have two choices: a 1400 Calorie Diet or a 1800-2000 Calorie Diet.   Each day of food includes everything that you need to eat.  There is no need to add Anything.  The entrees are all prepared fresh in the Gourmet Kitchen of The Family Feast.  We use only the finest ingredients, no preservatives or additives. Everything is provided in oven safe, microwave safe, disposable containers. Most of the food is fresh and Food Preparation is easy!  You can choose to have foods ready to pop in the oven or pre-cooked and ready to microwave.
 

MENU CHOICES

Most Clients choose to follow this healthy eating plan 7 days per week.  In order to provide the freshest food, Clients will receive 3 days of food on Tuesday and 4 days of food on Friday.  We have 21 unique daily menus.  Meals will be predetermined according to a 3 week schedule. 

A 5 Day a Week Option is also available.  With this option 3 days of food are received on Tuesday and 2 days of food on Fridays.  This works well for people who travel, take clients out a lot, or want to have weekends off. 

PRICES

The Cost is $20/day and everything that you should eat is included.  There will be no need to shop for or prepare any fresh vegetables, dairy, side dishes or snacks.  There is no need to measure or count anything.  The detailed nutritional information will be provided on each item and in summary by day and week.  This is restaurant quality food. Registration is a one-time fee of  $100 and includes the use of 2 soft-sided collapsible coolers that the food will be packaged in. 

OPTIONS
The 1800-2000 Calorie Version has double the meat portion at lunch and dinner.  This is an additional $2 per day.
Additional Meals are available for customers who would like to have dinner for a spouse or other family member. These meals include all side dishes for
$7 per meal.  
Family Size Portions may also be purchased.  These are available with 3 Additional servings and can be added for $14 per meal.  These meals include all side dishes. 

DELIVERY

Orders may be picked up at The Family Feast in Cypress.  Orders may also be delivered for $1.50 per mile.  The food will be provided in a soft sided, collapsible cooler.  These coolers will keep the food cold for 6-12 hours.  Therefore, you do not need to rush the food to the refrigerator when you pick it up.  It will allow you to have your food delivered to your office, or even to your home when you may not be there.  Simply return or set out the empty cooler for pickup when the next delivery is made.
