You should receive an e-mail confirmation of your order once we have received it. In the confirmation e-mail, we will indicate the time your order will be ready for pick-up. Orders are checked every 1-2 hours that we are open for business. Please call us at 281-373-4760 if you have not received a confirmation e-mail within 2 business hours of placing your order.

NOTE- Payment at The Family Feast store can be made by Cash, Check or Credit/Debit card. Payment for Online Ordering delivered to remote locations will need to be paid via Credit/Debit card PRIOR to delivery. Be sure and include a contact number so we can call you for your Credit/Debit card information.
We have established relationships with several local businesses that allow us to come in and take and deliver orders to their employees and patrons. This is done as a convenience for our customers.
